What's NEW! Well, I don't think it is new, but we are still in Houston. What with the economy, us needing health insurance and me trying to discover what is going on with my body, it has been better for us to stay here. I think I finally have a handle on my health thanks to a good friend. He is a nurse and told me what was wrong last Thanksgiving. After several different doctors, who told me it was either me getting older or the medicine I was taken or the lack of some vitamins in my body, a nurse told me what was wrong. I went to another doctor the following week and sure enough, he was correct. Thank you Philip! We are both working again and trying to save enough money to retire again and move to Mexico. I sometimes wish we were old enough to draw social security and medicare. Thank god I listened to Kathy and sold all the stock in our IRA's and put it into Maney Markets last year before the market went south. We haven't made much but, we are not down 40% to 60% either. It does pay to listen to her. |
